Overview:

Our Group Exercise Instructors have been very successful over the past two years in “creating a theme” that provides their class participants the opportunity to support important causes for the Club.

Tools:

• The key Indoor Cycling Instructors, once enrolled in the effort, have tremendous effectiveness with their classes.
• Marketing created themed materials and posters for the pre-sale of these programs.

Club Benefits:

• Key staff feel great about their ability to make a difference with their students.
• The classes are in front of the Members with the bikes being moved into high profile areas of the Club as well as the parking lot – members and staff enjoy the energy!

Costs to the Club:

• Minimal costs incurred for marketing materials.
• There was no additional labor for the event and they have consistently been overbooked.

Potential Funds Generated:

• Based on the number of bikes a Club possesses will determine the financial impact of the Program.
• Clubs for the Cure Team has raised $1000-$3000 during one event since non-riders will also donate money to the cause.

Please note:  Members that do not participate in the event will also donate money if they are asked!
