Overview:

Monday afternoon and evening provides a Spa and Salon an excellent opportunity to conduct a special fundraising effort with all proceeds including labor donated to the cause.

Tools:

  • Requires an excited and motivated Salon/Spa Director that can enroll their staff in coming in and donating their services.
  • Email blasts to client base of this opportunity for their clients to book any service on that dedicated day.
  • Marketing created fliers and posters throughout the Club & Spa.
  • Open Spa for event – clients 3-8pm.

Club & Spa Benefits:

  • Regarded as a Spa & Salon Team “making a difference”.
  • Spa & Salon Team have the opportunity to be part of the effort.
  • Clients/members enjoyed event and its energy.

Costs to Club:

  • Potential revenue for the appointments that was lost from 3-5pm (when the Spa/Salon would have been open).
  • Minimal costs incurred for fliers and posters.
  • Potential Funds Generated:
  • The five hour event raised $2500.

Please note:  Members that do not participate in the event will also donate money if they are asked!
